Refund Policy

Plushies and figurines are considered “Collectables” and may not withstand rough play by younger children. Parents should consider this before purchasing. Refunds will only apply to verified manufacturing defects.

Tax Deduction & Vendor Partnerships

HIGH SPARKLE.org – Merchandise Tax and Vendor Disclosure: Tax Deduction Notice: Purchases of merchandise offered through HIGH SPARKLE.org are not tax-deductible. When you buy an item, you are receiving goods in exchange for your payment, so the transaction is considered a retail purchase rather than a charitable contribution under IRS rules.

Vendor Partnerships: Some merchandise featured on our site may be produced, fulfilled, or shipped by independent vendors. These partners generously donate a portion of the proceeds from each sale to support HIGH SPARKLES’ mission.

Because the payment is made for a product and not a direct donation, no part of the purchase price is tax-deductible, even when a vendor contributes a percentage to our organization.

If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation, please visit our donation page.
