Tax Deduction & Vendor Partnerships

HIGH SPARKLE.org โ€“ Merchandise Tax and Vendor Disclosure: Tax Deduction Notice: Purchases of merchandise offered through HIGH SPARKLE.org are not tax-deductible. When you buy an item, you are receiving goods in exchange for your payment, so the transaction is considered a retail purchase rather than a charitable contribution under IRS rules.

Vendor Partnerships: Some merchandise featured on our site may be produced, fulfilled, or shipped by independent vendors. These partners generously donate a portion of the proceeds from each sale to support HIGH SPARKLES’ mission.

Because the payment is made for a product and not a direct donation, no part of the purchase price is tax-deductible, even when a vendor contributes a percentage to our organization.

If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation, please visit our donation page.
